Your  responsibilities:
1.Conduct  source  inspection  on  products  which  FACC  provide  and  the  products  which  FACC  subcontract  to  Chinese  supplier  and  be  responsible  for  the  inspection  result  to  the  satisfaction  of  the  supervisor,  customers,  and  stakeholders.
2.Confirm  the  validity  of  the  documents/drawings  for  onsite  source  inspection.
3.Be  the  interface  between  FACC  Shanghai  and  FACC  in  terms  of  quality  and  source  inspection.
4.Download  and  distribute  relevant  documents/drawings  from  SAP  according  to  the  requirement  from  routine  work.
5.Support  customer  on-site  inspector  to  complete  related  inspection  for  products  and  deal  with  the  complaint  from  customers  to  the  satisfaction  of  the  customers  and  stakeholders.
6.Assist  the  quality  manager  to  complete  the  quality  audit  and  continuous  improvement  on  site  to  the  satisfaction  of  the  supervisor,  customers,  and  stakeholders.
7.Support  supplier  to  continuously  improve  the  quality  system  and  quality  of  product  to  the  satisfaction  of  the  supervisor,  customers,  and  stakeholders.
8.Complete  all  kinds  of  inspection  record  and  quality  related  forms  and  report  documents  and  upload  it  to  FACC′s  SAP  if  needed,  such  as  FAI,  Concession,  COC,  RI  etc.
9.Quality  issues  onsite  coordination  and  find  resolution  together  with  onsite  team.
10.Conduct  the  inspection  on  the  product  returned  from  FACC’s  customer  and  make  a  summary  about  the  quality  of  the  products.
11.Other  tasks  assigned  by  the  team  leader.
Your  profile:
Bachelor  degree,  aviation  related  majors  prefered
Multi-years  relevant  inspection  and  quality  work  experience  in  civil  aviation  industry  prefered
Familiar  with  civil  aviation  quality  requirements  for  structure  or  interior  parts.
Familiar  with  aircraft  structure  components  or  interior  manufacturing  process
Familiar  with  aircraft  design  software,  CATIA  preferred
Proven  quality  and  inspection  skills  and  experience
Proven  teamwork  and  communication  skills  and  spirit
Excellent  English  skills  (both  written  and  verbal)
Sense  of  responsibility  and  reliability
Passion  for  aerospace  industry  and  China  program
